Toolkit
Find out where you stand before you start, check again as you go, and leave with a 90-day plan for your own team.
The four tools
- 1 of 4Knowledge quizForty questions, eight for each module, with the answer and a short explanation for every one.
- 2 of 4Self-evaluation checklistRate your confidence from 1 to 5 on 25 statements, five for each module, and on five about your organisation.
- 3 of 490-day integration planEight fields that turn what you learned into a plan for your own team. Module 5 ends with this plan.
- 4 of 4Progress trackingYour module averages and your quiz result at day 0, day 30 and day 90, with a guide to what to do next.
How to use the four tools
- At day 0. Take the knowledge quiz and rate yourself on the checklist, from 1 (not confident at all) to 5 (I could teach others). If a module average is below 3, study that module again.
- While you learn. Write your 90-day integration plan. Module 5 walks you through its eight fields.
- At day 30 and day 90. Take the checklist again and enter the module averages in progress tracking. The guide there tells you what to do next: study the module again, reinforce it with a hands-on task, or maintain it and share it with your staff. You can take the quiz again as well and compare the result.
