How to use the programme

  • Read, then try. Each module is one page. The tools sit under the sections they belong to, so you read, then try, on the same page. The module quiz comes at the end.
  • Start where you need to. You do not need to take the modules in order. The terms defined in Module 1 are used throughout, so if wearables are new to you, at least skim it first.
  • See where you stand. The toolkit tracks your progress at day 0, day 30 and day 90.
  • Finish with a plan. Module 5 ends with your own 90-day integration plan. A coach who writes and carries out the plan has changed practice, not only learned the content.
  • Nothing to sign up for. Your progress and your answers are kept in your browser, on this device.

Whose examples you will meet

The worked cases come from five settings: a professional football club, a university basketball team, a triathlete, a wheelchair basketball team and a grassroots youth academy. Two coaches appear by name: Mehmet, who coaches grassroots youth football in Türkiye, and Zeynep, who coaches wheelchair basketball in Türkiye.

What the programme is not

It is not a buyer’s guide. It is not medical training either: where a decision belongs to a doctor or a physiotherapist, the programme says when to refer, not how to treat.

Why the programme exists, who it is for and how it was built: Introduction.
