Content

The training programme and the self-assessment toolkit were written by Focus Coaching Academy for the WEARCOACH project. Wellnist, the coordinator, prepared them for this website and publishes it. The templates, the facilitator guide, the plan rubric and the glossary were added by the project team from the same material. The sources the programme cites are listed under References.

The programme does not promote any commercial device.
