A metric that never changed a decision
The topic
Every metric has a cost: athlete time, staff time, equipment, and the risk that athletes become anxious about their own numbers. Module 3 asks one question before a metric is added: what decision will it change? If the answer is none, it should not be in the system. Share what you stopped collecting, and what you kept.
