Just because a coach can see a number live does not mean the athlete should see it live. Module 2 asks three questions: what to share, when, and how. Trend feedback belongs in a one-to-one debrief, not on the touchline. The programme also warns of number anxiety, particularly among adolescents and athletes prone to perfectionism.
